The R&F Group, one of China's top 10 real estate developers, has constructed the Permaisuri Zarith Sofiah Opera House in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, which is the southernmost point of Eurasia.

 

This Opera House has been named after Her Majesty Raja Zarith Sofiah, Permaisuri Johor, with the permission of His Majesty, The Sultan of Johor.

 

As the first Opera House in the Southern Region, it spans across 114,430 square feet and can accommodate more than 500 people. The launch of the Opera House coincides with the China-Malaysia Year of Culture and Tourism in 2020, which will significantly strengthen the friendship between the two countries.
